I am a girl with a passion for the experience. For the fun. I love creating a raw, real life, live in the moment, take your breath away, crazy in love, magical, fly by the seat of your pants kind of experience. And sometimes we all need a little magic. I’m here to have fun. Romance and fairytale endings are my things. Laughing and goofing off are too. Cooking? Not so much… But coaching my subjects to reveal their true beauty, amidst carefully orchestrated scenery is what truly separates me from the other photographers out there.
Whether it’s a brand new baby swaddled in dreamy cheesecloth, a romantic engagement shoot in a meadow, or breathtaking fairytale maternity poses in a woodland stream, I will get the results that are so painstakingly sought after. Your session will be individually handcrafted, completely customized, and perfectly tailored to that special moment. Because it’s all about you, darling. Life is happening all around you — don’t allow yourself to miss those moments. Because when you stop and look around, this life is pretty amazing. If you choose Sam Smith Boutique Photography for your photography needs, you can expect hospitality, exceptional customer service, a relaxed but organized atmosphere and to have a great experience while capturing moments that will last a lifetime. I believe in creating a high-quality experience during every bit of the photography process and will strive to give you the best possible experience from initial contact to the last print order. I form lasting relationships with several of my clients and continue to photograph them throughout their life journey.
Style
I love the outdoors. I love bright colors, unique compositions, beautiful design, as well as newness in old things. Natural light is amazing. I am always searching for unique props and backgrounds. More than anything else, I want my clients to be comfortable being themselves and to allow the opportunity for the art of photography to capture their feelings, and mood at that moment in time.
Booking your session
It’s never “too early” to book a session. I suggest getting started around 4 weeks for a weekend session and 2-3 weeks for a weekday session. If you are interested in a newborn session, I will pencil you in around your due date (or induction date) which will leave room in our schedule so we can book within the first 10 days after the baby is born.
